No. Ampare is a family organization and coordination tool. It doesn't diagnose, doesn't prescribe, and doesn't replace professional guidance.
Families caring for someone at home: an older person, someone living with Alzheimer's or another dementia, with autism or epilepsy, someone who is bedridden or under long treatment. Access is by invitation, initially in Brazil.
Yes. Each family member joins with their own account and follows the same care. On Free, up to 3 family members and 1 invited professional. On Essential, unlimited family members and caregivers.
Yes. On Essential, the same family can support multiple care recipients, each with a separate record, at no extra charge per person.
No. Communication is a single channel per family, even with multiple care recipients. The AI suggestions are what get separated by care recipient.
Yes. On the Essential plan, Ampare generates summaries that can be exported and shared with any professional.
Yes. Send a clear prescription photo and review every suggested item before saving. Prescription photo reading is included in the Essential plan.
No. Ampare suggests updates, but nothing is saved without explicit confirmation. The family always reviews and decides what enters the care record.
Yes. Answers, messages, feelings, and the indicator are visible only to the caregiver, with individual consent. The family never sees this private content.
No. An isolated comment may prompt support or a private question, not a family alert. The family is alerted only when consistent signals show that care should be redistributed, without receiving the indicator, message, feeling, or private reason.
The family invites the professional, keeps the decisions, and sets permissions. The professional uses a free account to see the day, record the shift, and talk with the family in one place.
Yes. Ampare's intelligence only reads conversations with your consent. In the app, you can export your data and delete your account. Ampare was built to meet LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA.
No. The emergency button, the alert to the family and the live audio are part of every plan, including Free. On Essential, the family can also reply by voice and replay the recording later, and everyone alerted sees the live map.
No. It does not replace emergency medical services or public emergency lines. Ampare alerts the family; people are the ones who decide and act.
An immediate alert in the family chat and ambient audio in 15-second segments. Any family member who was alerted can end the session. On Essential, the family can also reply by voice.
Yes. Without a connection, Ampare records everything and sends it as soon as the internet is back. Meanwhile, the screen offers a button to call the on-duty caregiver directly.
