Delete your Ampare account
The fastest way is inside the app: Settings, Privacy and data, Delete my account and data. If you no longer have access to the app, use the form below.
What happens
Immediately
The account is blocked as soon as you confirm. Nobody can sign in with it again.
Within 30 days
All personal data is permanently erased, including documents, conversations, health signals, and care records you entered.
Up to 5 years
Audit records are kept because the law requires it and are anonymized after that period.
In the stores
Subscriptions are cancelled in the App Store or in Google Play, by the store itself. Deleting the account does not cancel the charge on its own.
If you manage a family, transfer ownership first, in the app, so the family can carry on.
